Wilmot’s have designed and modified their premises to achieve the best possible layout. Unique features include. All the rooms for children under thirty months have their own separate changing areas, sleeping areas, sink with hot and cold water and microwave facilities. Effectively each room is a self sufficient unit. This arrangement avoids any unnecessary mingling of children or staff, a very important consideration for very young children and babies and also creates a very homely atmosphere. It also offers far greater protection in the unlikely event of an outbreak of any infectious diseases. This is a completely new and unique system of care available at Wilmots.
Our Facilities
In short your child will have its place in its own self sufficient small creche. Wilmot Childcare Facilities. A further unique feature at Wilmots is that children are segregated by much narrower age bands than other crèches. They are separate rooms for ages: 0-1, 1-1½, 1½ – 2, 2 – 2½, 2½ – 3, 3 – 5, 5 – 8, 8 – 12. This recognises the different needs and development stages of the child. There are separate outside all weather play areas for each age group and a highly sophisticated CCTV monitoring system has been installed covering all areas both outside and inside the creche. The facilities meets and exceeds all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Challenging, Outdoor
Play Equipment.
We at Wilmot’s are particularly proud of our investment in fun, challenging outdoor play equipment. All play areas are fitted with a wide range of safe, modern and age appropriate activities. Separate all weather external play areas are in place for the different age groups, ensuring optimal safety for all of the children, whilst not restricting the more active play of the older children. Recognising our mixed climate, part of the external play area is covered, so that the children can play outdoors on wet days. In addition, we have an indoor playroom – the “fun room”,

Fun Room for children
Part of this room has soft padded floors and walls where the children can tumble and play in total safety. Children can also avail of a range of other play activities. It is a room where the children can play
and relax in a more homely environment. We believe that young children need this type of facility and will benefit greatly from a change of environment and the opportunity for more free play.
Older Children
Chill out room
Where they can relax and play once meals and homework is completed. This room is suitably furnished to provided a homely and relaxed atmosphere for this particular age group. There is a range of age appropriate play activities/games available to the children.
Smaller Children
Play Areas
We provide two separate play areas. One soft play area for smaller children. A second soft play area – part of which is under cover so children can play outside on wet days. Both outside play areas have covered sections.
